  I would not recommend this church to anyone who wants to get into the ministry or help. If you are not family then you will not be allowed to participate. The Pastor’s family members will not allow any ideas if they were not invented by them, with this your ideas will not be approved. The Pastor will not confront his family even when they are in the wrong. The Pastors daughter and son in-law play a role in the church, such as gossip and behave immaturely. The son in-law who’s involved in Royal Rangers, confessed to cheating at one of the events where he was supposed to create a fire on his own. Instead of working hard like the rest of the competitors he soaked his wood in a fuel so it would immediately ignite it. Yet he (the Leader of this group) condemns others when they rightfully earn their merits. The daughter is supposed to be the mentor and Youth Pastor of the teens yet she involves herself with the teens and gossips with them about teens that she does not like. The board and Pastor accept this type of behavior. With this said I would not recommend this church until the Ministry part of the church accepts responsibility for their actions and the Pastors stops allowing his family to create a tension filled environment instead of a place of worship as it should be. He has and will continue to loose good people until they finally take action. On a positive note the Pastor can preach a great sermon but again you have to practice what you preach. The Pastor needs back bone to approach his family and stop the UnGodly like behavior.
